This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information submitted through our Site, including through our contact forms, related communications, and any optional financial tools or services we make available.
By using our Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide to us, including:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Business details, workflow details, lead flow details, or project information
- Preferred contact method
- Any other information you submit through our forms or messages
- Financial account and transaction information that you choose to provide or authorize us to receive through financial connectivity providers such as Plaid
We may also automatically collect limited technical information when you use our Site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring website, and basic form interaction data.
2. How We Use Information
We may use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, contact you about audits or services, provide customer support, improve our website and marketing, measure campaign performance, help prevent spam or fraud, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, analytics tools, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our Site, understand how visitors use it, improve our website and marketing, measure campaign performance, and help prevent spam or fraudulent submissions.
We do not sell Personal Information to unrelated third-party data brokers. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your Personal Information to unrelated third-party advertisers, data brokers, or lead aggregators.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, forms, CRM, communications, analytics, automation systems, or hosting; legal or regulatory authorities when required by law; and a successor entity in the event of a merger, sale, or business transfer.
We may share information with financial service providers when you request or authorize us to facilitate a payment, financing application, or other financial service.
5. Financial Account Connections and Financing Partners
MetaBridge may offer optional financial tools to help clients plan, budget for, pay for, or explore financing options for business services or projects.
Connected financial accounts
If you choose to connect a bank or other financial account, we may use third-party financial connectivity providers, including Plaid, to securely connect your account. Depending on the features you choose to use, we may receive information such as account type, balances, transaction history, merchants, recurring payments, and other financial information made available through the connected account.
We use connected financial information only for purposes related to the services you request, such as budgeting, cash-flow analysis, project planning, payment functionality, financial insights, and other features we clearly disclose to you. We do not sell connected financial account information.
MetaBridge does not intentionally collect or store your online banking username or password. Authentication with your financial institution is handled by Plaid, your financial institution, or another authorized connectivity provider. Plaid’s collection and use of information is also governed by Plaid’s own privacy policies and terms. Plaid requires developers to use end-user data only for authorized purposes and to protect it using appropriate security controls.
Financing partners
We may provide information about, links to, or referrals to independent banks, lenders, financing companies, or other financial service providers that may offer financing for your project or services. If you choose to visit or apply with a financing provider, that provider’s own privacy policy, terms, eligibility requirements, and underwriting practices will apply.
We do not automatically provide your connected financial account information to a financing partner simply because we provide a link or referral. If you ask us to assist with a financing application or authorize us to share information with a financing provider, we may provide the information reasonably necessary to facilitate that request, such as your contact information, project information, requested financing amount, or other information you specifically authorize us to share.
Financing providers are independent third parties and are responsible for determining eligibility, approval, interest rates, repayment terms, and other credit-related decisions.
Your choices
Connecting a financial account or applying for financing is optional. You may choose not to connect an account, may disconnect a connected account where supported, and may request deletion of information we maintain, subject to applicable legal, contractual, accounting, fraud-prevention, and record-retention requirements.
6. SMS and Marketing Communications
If you provide your contact information, we may contact you by phone, email, or text regarding your inquiry, audit request, scheduling, services, and related customer support.
Marketing text messages are sent only if you separately and affirmatively opt in by checking the designated SMS consent box on our form. That checkbox is unchecked by default, and consent is not required to submit an inquiry or purchase services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages and HELP for help.
You may also contact us at info@metabridgemarketing.com to request that we stop marketing communications.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, manage communications, maintain business records, document consent, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
8. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under applicable California privacy laws, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain Personal Information we maintain about you, subject to legal exceptions.
To make a privacy-related request, contact us at info@metabridgemarketing.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Site is intended for adults seeking business consulting, automation, marketing, or growth services. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies separately.
